Fees and payment
- Entry fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) on each competition page and are payable in full at the time of registration.
- Payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your card or banking details.
- Some competitions are free to enter. Where the fee is RM 0 no payment step applies and the place is confirmed immediately.
- Refund arrangements are set by each competition and shown on its page. Unless that competition states otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Full terms are in section 7 of the Terms & Conditions.
What you receive
- A registration is confirmed once payment has been received and confirmed by the payment provider.
- We then send a confirmation by email to the address on the account, together with the participant's details for the competition.
- Competitions are sat online or at a stated venue, on the dates shown on the competition page. There is no physical product to ship.
- Your registrations and their payment status are always visible in your account.
